Afterwork/pre-run snack included juicy cherries + half toasted whole wheat english muffin + biscoff spread.. yummie munchies.
By no means is biscoff butter a health food. It looks a lot like peanut butter, but don’t let it fool you.. it’s weak in the protein department….but it’s a sweet dessert-y spread (made from cookies) that makes a fun change up.
We did separate runs today cause E got home from work after dark, and I wanted to be out in the sunshine. Tonight’s dinner was simple. There wasn’t too much time after running anyway since we had to brave the mall for returns.
This salad is super! Crunchy bacon + leftover Christmas turkey + peas on top were the show stoppers in this bowl.
10- Layer Salad

Back from the mall, which wasn’t too crazy. Now off to the couch for a little movie action! See ya.
