I heart Valentine’s day so much that I start celebrating it a little early. Hearts, pink, dark chocolate, conversation hearts, and things in twos are so much fun, what’s not to love?
Cheers to a festive breakfast for two that will keep your sweetie smiling.

Just one question, As you are a registered dietician, can you tell me how much calories does this recipe provide and how much fat content it does have?
I just wanted to know this one because I want to make the recipe which will provide less calories and fat content. Hoe you don’t mind…

Love your smoothies-so fun! I’ll have to make these with my kids-I’m sure I won’t get any complaints about chocolate on smoothies 🙂

I’ve been on a smoothie kick lately. Toppings make it fun enough to eat with a spoon!
