Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Eric and I kicked off our Labor Day weekend with a workout at CrossFit Orlando. We did a double WOD because some of our friends are getting ready for a competition next weekend so we practiced some of those WODs.
After warmups here’s what we did:
WOD #1
6 min AMRAP {as many rounds as possible}
6 pull ups
6 clean and jerk
WOD #2
8 min for time
50 goblet squats {35# kettlebell}
75 kettlebell swings {35#}
300 singles
THEN we all hung out and had breakfast and mimosas together! I love this about our CFO family 🙂
I was super impressed with the spread. Especially this new take on pizza!
A watermelon pie loaded with fruit and coconut served in a pizza box! Super nifty idea.
In other happenings we took a HOT AND SWEATY Labor Day run… it was not fun because it was 97 degrees. #OnlyTheCraziesRunAt2PMinAugust
Today marked our first day of fall half marathon training and we had our first track workout with my bro. Sweaty fun! I just can’t wait till cooler weather makes it our way.
Cheers to a shorter week!
