This Healthy French Onion Dip made with Greek yogurt and shredded zucchini makes a great party appetizer or snack. Your guests will never know it’s healthy.
Hi Friends! Can you believe it’s already Thursday? This week has really flown by for me as we are still trying to get settled in our house and we haven’t had a full weekend in our house without travel yet so it’s been a challenge to finish all the rooms. At least we have our clothes unpacked at this point, but let’s please not talk about the garage….
Eric and I are headed to the beach tomorrow I can’t wait to get there for a little R&R. It’s going to be a fun weekend with his family and his sister here visiting from South Carolina– they are already over there having fun in the sun today so I’m a little jealous 🙂
So I made this Healthy French Onion Dip the other day for like the 1856 time. It’s one of those recipes that I’ve had developed for embarrassingly over a year and just hadn’t gotten around to taking pictures of it… but I have shared it with many of my clients that are looking for a high protein snack. They love it as much as I do.
Yes, this French Onion Dip is high protein!! It’s made with straight up Greek yogurt and you would never know it. Pair this dip with broccoli and carrot sticks and you’ll have a banging’ snack. Or do like me an serve it as an appetizer with potato chips and you’re guests will be gobbling it up.
Seriously, the first time I made this dip, my bro and his friend downed it along with an entire bag of potato chips. Now the later is not the part I recommend, but if you pair it with crudités you’re solid.
Serve this Healthy French Onion Dip at your next backyard party or on Memorial Day!!

I honestly don’t really like potato chips that much unless there is french onion dip! I love french onion dip! Totally making this dip for my cousins graduation party this weekend! You bet I’m serving it with veggies AND potato chips!

Haha! Yes chips (and veg) and dip are the domb. Hope you and your cuz had fun at the party this weekend.
