Acai, an ancient super-berry from the Amazon rainforest, makes this smoothie bowl extra velvety, decadent and low carb.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet unsweetened acai
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Pulse using the tamper handle to stir smoothie until velvety.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorites– granola, seeds, fresh fruit, yogurt, or nut butter! The possibilities are endless 🙂
