This Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding is velvety and smooth like pumpkin pie, sweetened naturally with dates! It's protein rich and makes a yummo snack or dessert or breakfast. Yes, this means you can eat pumpkin pie for breakfast. I got inspired the other day from one of my clients. He was bragging about his wife's chia pudding made from almond milk and chia seeds.. and he described it like tapioca. We're big tapioca fans over here so I thought.. mmm I'll have to give this a try. Sure, I've seen chia puddings floating around on the internet, but you know how sometimes you don't take an interest in something until someone else tells you about it? Yeah well that happened and I'm sure glad I listened. :) Chia pudding is kinda strange, right? Strange for the general public, but us food ... View Post
