Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup raw oats (certified GF if needed)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 24 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, honey, almond butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, almonds, flax and water.
  2. Roll cookie dough into 24 uniform balls.
  3. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat. No baking required!
