Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw oats (certified GF if needed)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 2–4 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together oats, honey, almond butter, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, almonds, flax and water.
- Roll cookie dough into 24 uniform balls.
- Store in airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat. No baking required!
