Ingredients

  • 1 inch peeled ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup baby kale

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on low speed for about 30 seconds and increase to high speed to process until blended and smooth.
