These Spinach & Turkey Meatballs are a meal prepping dream. Prep ’em, freeze ’em, bake ’em. Great source of lean protein and a healthy dose of spinach!
This recipe is WAY overdue.. I’ve been wanting to share it with you for a while now, but it’s one of those that I make them in a hurry and quickly store them away for lunches and before I get a chance to take some pics in the perfect lighting, they’re gone! #foodbloggerproblems
Meatballs are one of my favorite meal prep foods. I can make a big batch, freeze some for later, and enjoy them in different ways… from pasta to sandwiches. Typically we serve these Spinach & Turkey Meatballs with rice and veg. Keepin’ it simple yo.
This recipe is tried and true… we’ve made them over and over again and I share them with clients often! Glad I finally have some pics to go along with the recipe 🙂
Here’s a peek at what’s on the menu this week:

Made these last night, Kristina! They were really delicious and moist. Served them with a wild rice salad. Thanks for the recipe! 🙂
You’re welcome Jessie 🙂 I’m glad you liked them! Thanks for your feedback.
Those are the best kind of recipes – the ones you know by heart, the ones you don’t need a recipe for. And I always have the same thing happen… I make them with the intention to finally write the recipe down and take pictures but it gets devoured before I can even think about grabbing my camera 😉
Looks delish!! xx
Funny how that happens to us all 🙂
Yum Yum Yum! I go through phases where I’ll make meatballs and have a freezer stash and then go months without doing it. Time to change that with trying out your recipe 🙂
Funny I was just telling my husband I needed some freezer meal ideas for when baby #2 arrives! Adding to my list. The whole family loves meatballs!!
AWWW!! The perfect tired mamma food 🙂
Love the simplicity of this, Kristina! Meatballs are always so fun to make ;). And these photos are gorgeous! Looks like you found your perfect light source ;). The meatballs are looking ever so glorious hehe. Hope you start your week off on a right foot!
ALL thanks to you Min! I’m finding that I’m focusing more on my angles and were my light is.. more forethought vs. just snapping away. 🙂
