- 3 cups rice or corn chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups salted almonds
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- In large ziploc bag or bowl, combine all ingredients and toss together to distribute cinnamon throughout. Pack into single serve snack packs for grab and go convenience while traveling.
