  • 3 cups rice or corn chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups salted almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  1. In large ziploc bag or bowl, combine all ingredients and toss together to distribute cinnamon throughout. Pack into single serve snack packs for grab and go convenience while traveling.
