- 1 large butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- freshly ground pepper
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange squash on baking sheet, and drizzle with oil, cinnamon, pepper, and salt.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
