This Maple Pecan & Ginger Granola is savory and sweet with the perfect blend of fall flavors–maple, pecans, & cranberries. It’s yummy topped on Greek yogurt and oatmeal!

Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan halves, chopped
- 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup golden flaxseed
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread granola evenly on baking sheet, covering about 3/4 of sheet pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes; allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
