Happy Friday friends!
Any fun plans for the weekend? Eric and I are going for our first weekend WOD tomorrow morning. Our box does Mobility and Mimosas on Saturday morning. I’ll post pics on Instagram. I really need some mobility before our 20 miler on Sunday. Yeah, after saying that you probably think I need some mimosas too ;).
Right now my legs are tight!! Especially the hamstrings. My massage therapist recommended that I get this handheld massager to work the IT band/hamstrings in between sessions. I’ve been getting sore around the ankles too after long runs and it’s kinda lingering, so I gotta get this healed because the Vermont City marathon with the Cabot Fit Team is one month away!! Excited and nervous.
Also, I just want to say thanks for sticking with me and for putting up with the delay of recipes while the new site was getting sorted out. You rock… so I made some dessert for you. Sorry for Nutella overload lately… you might think I’m crazy but I’m a recent convert to Nutella, I refused to buy into the craze years ago and just never bought a jar. But I drank the koolaid.
These Nutella Crepes are really simple and a nice treat when the sweet tooth gets rowdy. This dessert can easily be shared (for under 100 calories), or just take it all for yourself. It’s a light dessert, but it tastes super decadent and fancy. Enjoy!
