Sometimes we get a little cookie craving. It’s that sweet and salty combo that makes these oh-so- scrumptious.
No joke, this is the ultimate cookie recipe. So good, you’ve actually seen a rendition of it before.
I use the basic recipe as a base and then add to it to give them a unique twist..whatever we’re in the mood for.
Today, it’s peanut butter chocolate chip with oats that give it a slight chewy and nutty crunch.
Seriously, go bake these.
PB & Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Original recipe
1/2 cup peanut butter chips (omit 1/2 cup chocolate chips in original recipe)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Note: Since it’s just the two of us.. I go ahead and make the full recipe (2 dozen), roll it into balls, and bake just what we need for a few cookie snacks. The rest of the dough gets frozen in a ziploc bag for the next cookie sweet tooth.

It seems to me that for all of us, Brazil is associated with the jersey. And with brazpartners you can bet on your favorite soccer team. I think each of you will like this option because it allows you to show your activity and all your skills. It helped me to love soccer and everything related to it even more.
Just had to tell you that I read this a few days ago and printed out the recipe – and then baked the cookies, but with a dash of honey and sherry – DELICIOUS!!! Thanks a lot.
Thanks Suzie! Glad you liked them– they are for sure a personal favorite of mine.
