Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen large bananas, broken into chunks
  • 1/3 cup raw old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened 100% pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • drizzle of maple syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
