This Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Latte is just what you need on a cozy fall morning. Your favorite things in one mug… pumpkin, oats, espresso and steamed milk! Grab a spoon.
It’s Fall ya’ll! I’m so pumped about the start of the season. As I pray that us Florida folk we will get to wear boots and sweaters very soon, I’m sipping on a warm latte. In the summer I’m all about frozen and iced coffee, but the last few weeks…
I’m drinking lattes like all day like errr day.
In fact we busted back out the Nespresso machine, and ordered more capsules so that I can make lattes whenever I want. I love it because I can do a decaf espresso and it still tastes amazing. While I love the flavor and taste of coffee, I don’t like to get too much caffeine running through my veins.
Decaf is winning.
The Nespresso was my MUST HAVE wedding gift. I saved up all of our gift cards from our wedding and bought that pretty little thing nearly 6.5 years ago, and it still works like a dream. It truly makes the best espresso, hands down. (Sorry Starbucks… you know I love you too and I have a Golden card on my phone to prove it.)
Have you ever poured your latte over your oatmeal? No?! I dare you to try it. This breakfast fusion is all your favorite things in one bowl. I can’t stop won’t stop with this Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Latte.

Kristina,
Your recipes look and sound amazing!! I just started weight watches and looking for healthy recipes. Do you give the calorie count for your recipes? I’m sure I can manage to figure it out, but thought I’d ask.
Thanks so much,
Deb
