Too hot to roast marshmallows in your neck of the woods? Whip up a batch of this s’more ice cream in celebration of National S’more Day, no heat required.
This recipe is so simple, no heating eggs on the stove just mix the ingredients together and churn. It’s the perfect summer dessert. The flavor of the graham crackers is really distinct and delicious and you’ll get flavors of marshmallows and chocolate in every bite! So good, you’ll be screaming for s’more.
Happy National S’more’s Day!
S’more Ice Cream

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup mini marshmallows
4 cups whole milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Place first 5 ingredients in a blender and process until combined. Pour into an ice cream maker and add the chocolate chips. Churn ice cream until frozen, about 20-30 minutes. Continue freezing ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat!
