Calling all Strawberry Cheesecake lovers in the house… this recipe is for you. This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is vegan and gluten free and made with only 5 ingredients– cashews, cashew milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and strawberries for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 cup cashew milk or dairy free alternative
  • 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • dash of pure vanilla extract
  • tiny pinch of salt
  • Fresh strawberries and graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth and creamy. This will take a few minutes.
  2. Place in fridge or freezer for a few minutes to chill and allow mixture to thicken a little bit.
  3. Serve with fresh strawberries and graham crackers for dipping.
