- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup cashew milk or dairy free alternative
- 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- dash of pure vanilla extract
- tiny pinch of salt
- Fresh strawberries and graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and process until smooth and creamy. This will take a few minutes.
- Place in fridge or freezer for a few minutes to chill and allow mixture to thicken a little bit.
- Serve with fresh strawberries and graham crackers for dipping.
