Get this Superfood Smoothie crammed packed with good for you stuff like chia seeds, ground flax, loads of berries, almond butter, and spinach. I love the purple color of this green smoothie! You’d never know there were greens hidden in there! Thanks to Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almondmilk for sponsoring this post.
Happy Wednesday and day 3 of Smoothie Week. Hope you’ve enjoyed the healthy smoothies this week to kick start your new year and healthy routine. In case you’ve missed them here’s they are: Avocado Green Smoothie and Coconut Cream Pie Protein Shake.
Today I’ve got a Superfood Smoothie… crammed with lots of good for you stuff like chia seeds, ground flax, loads of berries, almond butter and spinach. All those seeds rack up in this smoothie for a total of 17g fiber!!
I’m in love with this one, particularly because I’m an AB {almond butter} fan and I love the bright PURPLE color– you’d never know there is spinach in this smoothie, right? This is good for those people that are anti-green smoothies.
It’s a pretty dreary day here in Orlando, but you know what?! I’m loving it!! My favorite kind of weather is overcast, a little chilly, and maybe even a little rainy. I don’t know why I love this weather… maybe because it’s romantic?? Or the fact that I just love wearing a light sweater and drinking coffee. And this is perfect coffee drinking weather.
When Eric and I go to the beach (read: Amelia Island), it almost always rains. We have the best time walking around the town of Fernandina, drinking coffee, browsing the shops, and walking the beach with jackets searching for sharks teeth.
I can’t wait to take Parker to the beach… I’m feeling an Amelia Island trip needs to happen super soon.
Oh and thank you all for your thoughtfulness about my nasty cold I’ve had this week. I’m actually feeling better and more energized by the day. Must be all the smoothies I’ve been drinking 😉
